I just upgraded to the newest Nest Wifi Pro 6E (from Nest) and am having trouble connecting my Brother HL-L2350DW printer to the network.
I tried WLAN Connect w the Setup Wizard and connection keeps failing. It prints something that says the WLAN access. point /router cannot be detected. It also says it doesnt support 5GHz and 2.4GHz must be used.
I also tried to use the Google Home app to add a printer, but don't see that item to connect. I see everything else like blinds, temperature sensors etc, but no printer.
Any tips on how to get the Brother printer reconnected?

Three options from the top of my head.
1. Use an ethernet cable instead. Either directly from Nest Wifi LAN port, or add an unmanaged switch to the Nest Wifi LAN port if you want more ports.
It can look like this:
2. USB to a computer connected to the network, share the printer through it.
3. Use an old access point to create a 2.4ghz only wireless network for legacy/difficult devices. Connect it to the LAN port of Nest Wifi so devices are on the same LAN and can see each other.
