Verizon 5G Home slow speeds and more

- I have had Verizon 5G home (ASK-NCQ1338FA) w/ Nest Pro for a year now, and in the last month, I started having issues where some of the apps don't load on my Nvidia shield where the Hulu app says there is no internet, but other apps have no problems. Also, app thumbnails show black squares on Nvidia Shield,  and LinkedIn, Lexmark, and Verizon websites won't load.  Verizon 5G modem/router is set to passthrough mode. 

- all websites load much slower &  speed tests are much slower; Home app speeds show odd results 0-10 Mbps down &10-15 UP but my speed is actually around 100 mbps down and 22 UP via Nest Wifi Pro

- With no luck, I performed a factory reset on Nest Pro and ASK-NCQ1338FA.

- I played with DNS servers with no luck

- I have switched to Verizon 5G wifi for a week and have no issues (250+ down and 22 Up)

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry for this experience. 

Please check if you've followed these steps to factory reset your Google Nest Wifi Pro devices. If not, please reset and set them up again. You may use the same Wi-Fi name and password so your devices can automatically reconnect to your network. Just make sure that the network name and password don't contain special characters or spaces.
