Wan port issues

Yesterday my nest wifi was having issues so I factory reset it. Now when I try to set it up in the home app it says to "check wan. An Ethernet cable does not seem to be plugged in correctly" when I know the cable works and is securely plugged in to the modem and router. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thanks for reaching out. We'd love to help.

Please make sure that there's no damage to your Ethernet cable. and it's plugged securely into your modem and Google Nest Wifi router. Try using a different Ethernet cable if you have another one available.
