I just factory reset all my wifi devices. Now my Google wifi is considered an "incompatible device" when I try to add it? It is connected directly via Ethernet to the main nest router. See image.

Hi, David Boy.

Sorry for the issues you're having with your network. That looks like it would be quite frustrating. Let's see what might be causing this and get it worked out.

You mentioned that this happened after a factory reset of your devices. Did you make any other changes to your network situation? I'm sharing an article that goes over what can create this sort of error message, but I would need a bit more detail about your setup to know if any of them apply to you. Here's that article: https://bit.ly/2N0efqO

Give that link a read and see if you think that might be going on in your situation. If nothing there applies, let me know and we can continue to look for causes. Thanks.

Hey, David.

I’m just checking in real quick to see if we needed anything else here or if we were able to resolve the problem. Let me know if there’s anything else I can do here.

Thanks
