Wi Fi connection lost

Had system added to my existing ADT account,  Two screen tablets and motion sensor flood light.  everything working fine then wi fi connection lost for connection with ADT.  I can use my google tablets for music etc. but if I say hey google turn off light it responds not available connection with ADT.  Spoken with 5 people so far.  no resolve.,  tech coming Monday  any suggestions.
