Wi-Fi has no Internet, signal is strong but requires reboot to connect to Internet.

Wi-Fi has no Internet, signal is strong but requires reboot to connect to Internet.

Direct connections unaffected, only those connected to the wifi. Happens up to twice a day I lose Internet access and must wait for a reboot.

I need to know a few things about your Wi-Fi in order to provide you with a better resolution.

  • What kind of google wifi device do you have? 
  • How many devices do you have?
  • Since when is this problem presenting? 
  • What is the phone device? 
  • What is the light Status of the main router? 
  • Previous Troubleshooting steps that you have done? 
  • What is the ISP?
  • Have you already talked with your ISP?
  • Recently there was a power outage in your area?

 I'll be waiting for your response; any additional details you can provide will be helpful.
