WiFi not connecting but can't restart after factory settings

Hi

My nest thermostat (3rd generation) not linking to WiFi. I have done the factory reset and also has removed the product. I rebooted the WiFi too. Now, I can't add the product on the nest app. It asked for the entry key. But thermostat still not connecting to WiFi and going to nest app on thermostat, it didn't show the entry key. Please give me some suggestions

Thanks for posting. I'm sorry to hear about the situation that you are experiencing while you are trying to reconnect your Nest Learning Thermostat 3rd generation to your Wi-Fi. I appreciate the steps that you already tried and the information provided. Don't worry; help is here.
Here are some things that you can consider during the setup:

  • You can get the QR code that is on the back of your Nest Learning Thermostat device.
  • Above the QR code you can find the entry key too.
