I changed my internet service and had to reconnect my router and service points.  The Qi code is missing from one of the service points.   What do I do?  The others I scanned the code and everything worked.

Hey, mnmonkey.
Sorry for the late response here, but I wanted to check in to see if you were still having this issues finding this. The code is actually engraved into the bottom of the device, and it can be sort of hard to see. If you still need help, let me know and I'll be happy to work on this with you.
