I am getting only 250 Mbps download on speedtest.net when standing directly in front of the primary Wifi Pro router that is connected to the 1 Gbps modem. The Google Home speedtest says it is receiving 820 Mbps in from the modem. However, all devices are capping out at 250 mbps download / 100 mbps upload. All of these devices have Wifi 6e.
Is this happening to anyone else? No idea what to do or look at.

The ISP tech also tested a router they trusted and were able to get 750 mbps on their iPhone 12 using speedtest.net, so it is the Google Wifi Pro router that seems to be the problem.

Hi malcnyc,
Now that the new firmware release is out for the Nest WiFi Pro, I wanted to see if you were seeing improvements in your situation. If you're seeing any changes, let me know what has happened.
Thanks,
Jeff

Make sure the device frequency is not 2.4gz you should be able to see that in settings.
Next, factory reset the nest pro.... after that doesn't work, return it and buy a different brand
