So a couple months back I decided it was time for a meshed network and a faster router(s). Bring a pretty invested Google consumer I checked out the WiFi Pro Router. Sounded great with pretty good reviews. So I ordered up a pair and a couple days later they showed up. Step up was a breeze, I was very impressed. Network speeds were great and all was good. For about a month! Wake up one morning and I have not wifi. Interesting I thought to myself, maybe my ISP was down? So I went to my den/office and look and all the lights on that modem are good, the router and point are good but no wifi. Rebooted the WiFi pro, nothing. So I unplugged the modem and routers gave a few minutes plugged things back in and presto everything was fine. For just shy of 3 days. I repeat the process again of rebooting everything thing in my network and follow it up with coming to this forum and seeing 100's of people with the same problem! Really?! So I contacted Google support we run the trouble shooting and a few days later it does it again, no WiFi, no nothing! Now I'm getting a bit upset! Contact Google support again and go through the same trouble shooting, with one thing left to try, factory reset. I wasn't about to do it right then as I was in the middle of a work day. However, that very night guess what happened, AGAIN! Yup wifi drops! So, I did the factory reset, knowing that this was probably not going to fix the problem. Many on this forum said even after doing the factory reset it happens again! That was 11 days ago, and guess what happened as my wife and I were watching TV tonight? No WiFi! So I did a full network reboot and called Google support. The first rep stared to help but really didn't get me anywhere. The previous chat I was told my case was going to level 2 support and I would be contacted back, never happened. I asked to speak to level 2 tonight and was given the run around. Finally I said you need to replace or take back these devices! They gave me 2 options: 1 send back the WiFi Pro Router and then they will send me another set. That would be what 4 to 7 days with no WiFi in my house! Opt 2 they put a hold on MY CARD and send me another set of WiFi pro routers and when the old ones return to Google they will drop the hold. Really!?!? Google a multi billion dollar company can handle sending less the $300 in devices? My Pixel phone is over $1000 and I had it replaced a while back with out having to shell out any money!
Bottom line Google has a MAJOR problem with the Nest WiFi Pro Routers! I will be sending this information out on every social media platform I'm on to let people know. In the meantime guess I'll shop elsewhere for a wifi router that has better reliability. Google is starting to remind me of that rotten fruit company with bite out of there logo! I really thought they were better than this!

Hi saoudekerk,
We're sorry to hear about the concern you're having with your Nest Wifi Pro. We're checking back to see if you're still having a slow and dropping connection with your newly replaced Nest routers. How is it?
Looking forward to your response.
Kind regards,
Dan
