Wifi Pro upload issues

So, i'm sure this issue has been raised before but cut a long story short. I'm based in Australia, purchased the wifi pro (3 pack) set up as per usual, download speeds are normal but upload speeds have drastically degraded. I'm on a 100/20 mbps plan. Pretty much get downloads, but uploads seem to be shaped to 5mbps! Issue as this is impacting my Arlo cameras. Anyway, went through level 1 and 2 support and after exhausting all troubleshooting, level 2 support guy said to return the router. I did this and got a new router and exact same issue. Trying to go through support again and asking me for the exact same tests which is just useless and frustrating. I checked with my ISP, no issues with speeds when i directly connect to NBN box (get full speed) I don't do anything special, i don't use a VPN, i don't have any firewalls etc .Im with AussieBroadband and no issues ever. Is google software somehow shaping my speed particularly uploads to virtually no useable speed? I've done all the suggested google preferred DNS etc. Nothing helps . This system for me at least is total garbage and i want to return the whole thing. Anyone else experience this?

Also, to be clear. Google home app speed tests show near perfect speeds. Location of router and points all indicate 'great' connection. My mesh system is connected wireless i.e NBN box to main google wifi router cat 6 cable, main router connects to other two wifi points wirelessly. Tried everything level 2 support asked nothing worked. Anyone that actually has experienced this and resolved it shed some light?

Also, looking over other community threads, reddit. This exact same issue seems to be creeping up quite often.  Why can't this sh*t just work?

Thanks for posting in the community. I'm sorry to hear that the issue with your Nest WiFi Pro not providing an accurate internet upload speed persists even after receiving a replacement device. Don't worry; help is here.

To better assist you, it would be great if you could provide me with the case number (only the case number) of the interaction you had with technical support levels 1 and 2 so I can see if there is more troubleshooting to try.

by the way, your level 1 support person responded to my email asking me to perform a diagnostic test. If they bothered to read my previous emails. they'd realise that i ran into issues as i'm not able to provide this report but they obviously didn't bother reading it and closed the case. Pretty pathetic service .
