I have been having issues with "new devices" not being able to connect to the wireless network after a while.
This happens every once a day and can only be resolved if I factory reset the network and reset up all the points.
I now have 3 routers in set-up this way: Modem > Router > Switch > 2 x Routers as Points.
Have gotten different diagnosis from different support chat but I've tried:
* Set-up properly by letting Wifi points take on lower IP range i.e. .20 to .30 instead of higher IP ranges.
* Changing network names and password to be alphabets and numerals only.
* ISP has helped to switch Optical Network Router to bridge mode.
* Tried using a different Wifi router as primary router.
I still have 2 other Wifi routers and 2 other Wifi points purchased but not yet added to the network. Can't seem to figure what's wrong and refraining from adding more to equation.

Hey, dericknwq.
Sorry for the late response here, but I wanted to check in to see if you were still having this issue and to see if you have done any additional troubleshooting so far. If you still need help, let me know and I'll be happy to work on this with you.
Thanks.
