Thanks for the update. I’m sorry to hear that the issue persists. A few questions: to clarify, do you have the Google Nest Wifi router only or do you also have access points in your mesh system? When you try to set it up again after the factory data reset, are you able to find your Google Nest Wifi devices on your Google Home app? What’s the color of the status light for your Google Nest Wifi router? We’ll wait for your reply.
I'm having the same issue this morning my Internet just dropped off now I'm showing a red light did a factory reset now it is not showing up on my Google home app anymore that I have Google WiFi at all also when I try to reconnect to the system it keeps on telling me it can't find it... please help with I ideas as too what I can do to fix this
Have you had these points and router connected to the Internet before, or is this a new installation that never worked? If you had them set up and connected previously, did they all go offline at once, or at different times?

@Chann, I just want to check if your issue is with Google Nest Wifi or with a Nest Camera. If it's the latter, you can create a new thread here in the Cameras and Doorbells Community forum.
@Xnight, make sure that you are factory resetting your Google Wifi correctly. Check your Internet service provider's modem to see if it has an internet connection.
