Yeah that's it, I'm done with this Wifi

Well after two years of constant connectivity problems, crappy outdoor nest cam problems, points going offline or weak signal for no reason along with wifi seemingly running back in time, it doesn't matter anymore. I AM DONE.

Google is wack, their customer service is even more wack. their products are wack and I am not gonna take it anymore. Time to switch and say goodbye. I will NEVER buy anything from Google again...except the pixel phone, that is the only thing that works well. BUT even then, i will never buy one from the Google store because that experience is something else and not in a good way. God forbid you ever need to return something there. People, dont do it. Trust me, you will fall down the rabbit hole and barely make it back. Just buy the phone from Best Buy or somewhere else, NOT the google store.

Anything else will do for Wifi, just not this rubbish and for the price they charge, its a travesty. It just doesn't work and no matter how many resets, point placements you do, it always fails.

Goodbye and good riddance. Now should I sell my google wifi points to an unsuspecting mark or do I have a conscience? I dont think I would even sell them. They are that bad.

Apologies for the delay. We understand your frustration with Google Wifi and your decision to move on. It's completely understandable to be fed up with constant connectivity issues, especially after two years of trying to troubleshoot them, but don't give up on us. For us to know how to proceed with our troubleshooting, could you tell us the main concern with your device? Are you still experiencing a disconnection issue? Is there an error message when the intermittent connection occurs?
