delete from network

I have google nest wifi. When I go to the google home app to see which devices are active on my network, there are 90 devices that are called ''device without name''. Can these be deleted? there are friends and acquaintances who have logged onto our network on one occasion.

It's not possible to delete devices from the device list, but they should disappear after being offline/disconnected for 30 days or so, according to:

The only way to force delete the whole list is to delete the Nest Wifi from the Google Home app and set up the whole network from scratch.
