speed has decreased on my macbook air

have 674 download speed but only 55 or less on my macbook air.
this has just occured over the last couple of days. Help

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with your Google Wifi. I'd love to know more about this and I have a few questions:

• How far is your Macbook from the nearest Google Wifi point?
• Have you tried doing a speed test on the Google Home app?
