We have two Nest x Yale locks at the two entrances to our space and both are reporting "this passcode doesn't work right now" via the built-in speaker when entering the code (we only have one plus the master, neither work).
The locks are not connecting in our Google Home app to program new codes. Since it is the Nest x Yale, there is no physical key hole. These are the only two entrances to the space so we have no other way in.

We had to break in. Both Nest and Yale were unable to support, and told us to destroy the locks with the help of a locksmith.
We'll be removing these locks as soon as possible and moving to literally anything else. This is unacceptable.

I'm having the same issue with a new code I just set up. Luckily my master is working, but the schedule for the new code is every day all day, so there's no reason I'm getting that spoken error and on my phone shows up as "code being used outside of schedule"

This sucks. I’m in same spot. The passcode worked yesterday. Now, no passcodes work. Anyone get this fixed?

I’m sorry you’re still having trouble with your lock. Could you restart the lock by taking one of the batteries and wait for 60 seconds then let us know how it goes?
