Hello all,
I recently install the Yale lock. Installation went well. I’ve register the nest connect (the light is green) and the lock on my nest app. I am able to open the lock with the nest app! However my codes are not being resister to the lock itself. I have created a code for my wife, guest, and me and none of those codes will unlock the Yale lock. I called the team support, they walked me to a few troubleshooting items and said all was good. They thought the lock was defective. I returned that lock and got a new one and I’m having the same issue.
The lock does not recognize any of the codes. Also, since the master code goes away, the only way I can unlock my door is with the phone.
what am I missing?

I'm having the same exact issue as of this morning. I've reset the lock and reconnected to Nest app and it doesn't recognize my code at the keypad but I can unlock it via the Nest app. Very frustrating!

Hi folks,
I’m sorry for the trouble here accessing your Nest x Yale Lock. Could you try to factory reset your lock, set the master pass code then let me know how it goes?
