The door had been offline for 2days - today I hit the reset button now I can't get the door open. Any suggestions for this

How far is your Nest x Yale Lock and Connect from the router? Are the batteries of your lock fresh and standard AA alkaline batteries? Were there any changes to your Wi-Fi network? Also, what Wi-Fi frequency band your Connect is connected to (2.4 GHz or 5 GHz)?
