I set up my Nest Yale Lock on the wrong home account (I have two) . Is there any way to just move the existing lock from one home account to another? Or do I have to remove it entirely and reinstall it under the new home account?

There isn't a way to move devices between "homes" unfortunately. You'd need to reset it and set it up in the correct "home".
