Doorbell not Connecting

I recently changed my router and modem and went to reconnect my doorbell.  I factory reset the item and deleted it in my home app.  But I cannot now get it to connect, it just sits on the screen and says it must be same Wi-Fi as the phone.  The problem is it won't look for the new wifi.  The blue light is pulsing to connect. I'm at my wits end messing with this for days.  I uninstalled and reinstalled the home app too.

Same problem here. NOTHING works. All other devices connected. Google makes this process grueling.

Hi all, my broadband subscription was due for renewal and I switched to eero routers, connected straight away. So not sure what the issue was.
