I recently changed my router and modem and went to reconnect my doorbell. I factory reset the item and deleted it in my home app. But I cannot now get it to connect, it just sits on the screen and says it must be same Wi-Fi as the phone. The problem is it won't look for the new wifi. The blue light is pulsing to connect. I'm at my wits end messing with this for days. I uninstalled and reinstalled the home app too.
