Hello,

I’m having a serious issue with my Google Home app: none of my automations are working anymore. I have tried everything I can think of — unpairing devices, reinstalling the app, restarting my phone, and checking all settings — but nothing helps.

When I manually trigger an automation from my phone, it does show up in the Activity tab as “started”, but nothing actually happens. The strange thing is that I can still control all devices normally through my Google Nest Hub, so the devices themselves are working. Only the automations have completely stopped functioning.

Got the same issue am in the UK and I have noticed from around 20:00 the automations stop working and around 7:00am they start working again.

I have deleted my entire home rebooted my entire network even bought a new router and still doesn't work

Thanks for reaching out.  Is the issue happening on Google Home Android or iOS? Are these personal or household routines?

Could you please share the screenshots for the automations that don't work?

Hi thanks for getting back to me they are done on android pixel 10 pro and they are home automations.

Same again last night they stopped working around 8pm and I can't even trigger them manually this morning from 7am they all started working and can control them manually.

We can't seem to reproduce this in our environment. Could you please share the time zone and approximate time during the day you are experiencing the issue with automation execution? Thanks

Hi Thanks for getting in touch with me,

My time zone is GMT +0 and the time Where the automations stop working are now around 17:00 and they start working the following day in the morning around 7:00am then when 17:00 comes around they stop.

For example now at 18:40 i can not trigger any automations via the google home automations i press it nothing happens but i look at the activity tab the automation i selected says Routine started - kitchen off but the kitchen Lights are still if i ask google to turn them off they will turn off.
