Google won’t even help and even when they are completely removed from my account and my modem is unplugged, the cameras are green and actively watching.
Can anyone help me with how to move my nest aware account? Or of a number where I can speak with someone at Google who gives a **bleep** about the safety of their customers? Or a contact who gives a **bleep**?

Thank you for reaching out to us with your issue. Based on what you have described above, the only way out is to create a new gmail account make use of a strong password which is difficult for the hackers to guess. Then you can try to do a factory reset of your devices and recommission them to this new account.
