How can [test] integrations be made visible to new testers in the Google Home app?

We have a Project ID: rangehoodprod, which was created on 2019 in the Actions Console, and the integration name is Zephyr Connect. We are currently planning to add new voice commands and would like to add testers in the Developer Console for Alpha testing.

We followed the steps provided in this guide: https://developers.home.google.com/cloud-to-cloud/test#testers. However, in Step 3, we are unable to see the Test or Retest button (as shown in the link). Since all the original developers from 2019 have already left the project, no one currently has access to see the integration in the Google Home app (GHA).

We would like to resubmit the original project (Project ID: rangehoodprod) for review. How can we make the integration (with the name [test] Zephyr Connect) visible to newly added testers in the Google Home app?

To make test integrations visible to new testers in the Google Home app, you need to:

  1. Ensure you have a GCP primary project linked to your Smart Home Action. Do you currently have this set up?
  2. The account adding testers must be registered as an owner for the corresponding project in GCP. This gives them the necessary permissions to manage test access.
  3. If the original project (rangehoodprod) is no longer accessible with owner permissions, you'll need to create a new Smart Home project and re-implement your integration.
