I received an email stating authentication failure, but after reading the associated information, I don't understand how to resolve it. Here are two points of confusion:
1.Error Description:Missing test account info for manual testing
Recommendation Actions:Provide a test account in a new certification request to continue with manual certification validation
2.Error Description:Missing remote testing environment setup
Recommendation Actions:Set up a remote testing environment and submit a request using the LINK in the reference
I did not see any relevant content in the certification application form. What do I need to do?
