Anyone out there know anywhere to get technical assistance for the Nest home beta devices.. I have been in this program for years, but after converting to new bug fix system, I have been unable to get any technical help for any of my devices: camera, protects, doorbell, thermostat...

There are two good resources to help you out with technical challenges you face with your Nest Home Beta Devices. For issues related to specific devices, you can go to the Device Support Forum pages and look for technical support for the particular device. For general technical issues you can file a bug on the public issue tracker.

I’m in the beta program as well and recently most everything has gone weird. Lose of camera recordings and ability to review motion detections. Only getting notification alerts. Go to review what it was and only see a picture of the notification.
just notice that it’s wanting me to subscribe to nest aware now for all the devices…cameras and doorbell. I’m guessing the products I have are no longer supported and being phased out?
