Nest Hub max wont connect to Samsung Q990b soundbar

Nest Hub max wont connect to Samsung Q990b soundbar. It seeing the BT name: [AV]Soundbar

But fails when trying to connect everytime.

They both pair fine with other devices

And both working fine.

 

Why wont Google not accept the BT  connection from samsung soundbar.

Thank you for reaching out to us with your issue. As a starting point, I would recommend reaching out to the product support team of Samsung and address the issue with them. There could be some additional steps which you might be required to do to successfully connect your device to Google Nest Hub. 
If the issue still persists then Samsung can reach out to us through dedicated channels and then we would be in a better position to address the issue.
