Hello. I have an idea how helpful would it be to add clapping to Google home products instead of saying ok Google just clap twice and lights turn on/off

That’s a really interesting idea! Adding clapping as a trigger to control Google Home devices could be a fun and innovative way to interact with smart home products.
That said, implementing this feature might require tackling some challenges, such as ensuring the system can accurately distinguish clapping from other sounds in the environment to avoid accidental activations. It would also involve updates to the device’s sound recognition capabilities and might need to be an optional feature for users who prefer traditional voice commands.
I’ll make sure to share your suggestions with the internal teams for consideration. Thanks for sharing your thoughts.

I've thought of this for years and finally decided to check it out this morning over coffee. Thanks for bringing it up. It came to me when I had a mouthwash cycle going and couldn't tell the room to shut off the lights. The nerds answer is B.S, I've heard more intelligible answers from Libtard word-salad. We voice trained our Google profile while the Clapper was released to market in 1984, I highly doubt a clap sound is going to be what brings down Google technology. -Regards

Challenges? Like individually voice training our A.I. with a one-off-in-the-world voice recognition vs. adding into the system a 'clap' which would be universally recognized coming from 8.3 billion people? How did you get your job?
