Problem on link Google Home with Switchbot

After I tried to link switchbot, it said “something went wrong. Try again.”

I try to link for many times, but probably be the same.

Hello @CyberBear ,

  • Can you try factory resetting the device and then try to pair it again ? You can find video tutorials online about how to factory reset switch bot. 
  • If the issue still persists, try reaching out to the technical/customer support team of switch bot. If they feel this is an issue at Google’s end they will reach out to us in this regard through dedicated channels and then we might be able to do some investigation and provide a solution  based on the technical details and specifications provided by them.
