Trouble downloading the Google Home API Android SDK for the Google Home Challenge

Hello, I recently registered for the Google Home API Challenge. When going through the documentation for building the sample app found Here, it asks me to download the sdk from this bucket . However, when I attempt to download it says I do not have permission. I am logged into my google cloud / google developer account as instructed. Is there another way to download the Home API SDK so I can begin developing for the challenge?
