Is it possible to get a notification when the power off at home for Nest mini.
I guess it is an easier resolution to send a push notification when power off/on at home.

Currently we don't have an option to do this . It's a really hard problem to distinguish between power outage vs the device getting unplugged . Maybe, you can leverage if the device shows online in GHA.
If you really need this feature , you can create a feature request on Buganizer and we'll do our best to accommodate it .

It is a good feature which is needed. It just needs to ping IP address of the device, not often, each 5-10 min it is enough. It is useful when you wake up and know when a power outage happens.
I did it with my wi-fi router, but not all internet providers provide an external ip address (I use for it https://uptimerobot.com/) see the screenshots below of how notification via email works and the dashboard https://drive.google.com/file/d/16uAXUFhBPIjns8i90sMuoVE8dVgSu2Rl/view?usp=sharing
Each smart camera and robot vacuum cleaner send this notification, I guess smart speaker must do it))
