When I use the Home App there are [test] connected service. when I unlink the service for each device, the service after removal is still there. There seem no option to link,
I believe these could be older instances/oauth2 connections for sessions that are dead. Since I also have problems with accounting linking (see other post) how can this be resolved ?

The most probable cause is that your Google account was added as a tester/viewer in the service provider's Google Cloud project, and its permissions haven't been revoked.
To fix it, the owner of the project needs to take the following steps in their Google Cloud project:
Access the IAM & Admin Section: The developer must navigate to the Identity and Access Management (IAM) page for their project.
Locate Your Account: They need to find your Google account (the Gmail address you used) in the list of members.
Remove Permissions: They must remove your account from the list of members.
