2nd gen nest suddenly not powered

I came home and my nest wasn't powered for almost 12 hrs. It's been doing fine for months and suddenly not powered. I've checked breakers and no luck there.

Thank you for reaching out. Oh no! That is not great to hear that your Google Nest Hub is not powering at all. I would be more than happy to help find a solution to get your device back on. First, I have some questions:
  • Could you try conducting a reboot and Factory Data Reset your device? Is there any improvement? 
    A factory reset will reset your Google Nest or Home speaker or display to its default factory settings. Note: This action will clear your data from the device and can't be undone.
  • After conducting a reset, does your device power on? Does the display light up?
