Why is my Google Home Mini not turning on properly

I was trying to use my Google Home Mini to play music but when I tried to connect it wouldn’t connect via Bluetooth and tried connecting it through the app and it still wouldn’t connect through the app and so I tried restarting the Google Home Mini by disconnecting and connecting it back in but now it’s boot looping as it’s not playing the boot sound.

Hi, try troubleshooting

General troubleshooting 
Step 1. Reboot the following devices:
  1. WiFi router
    1. Unplug the power source for ~1 minute and plug back in.
    2. Note for Netgear Nighthawk users: If you're unable to set up using the Netgear Nighthawk router, then you may need to: 
      • Disable Access Control
      • Enable the option "Allow guests to see each other and access my local network" in the "Guest Network Setup"
  2. Speaker or display
    1. Disconnect the power cable from the speaker or display.
    2. Reconnect power cable back into the speaker or display.
Step 2. Turn WiFi on and off on the mobile setup device
Step 3. If you have a dual band router, try to set up your speaker or display on both the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands.
