Hello, we update our wifi to a mesh system and now none of our google minis (3) or our nest will connect.  Can someone please tell me how to fix this?

Sorry to hear about your experience on connecting your Google Home Mini speakers to your newly set up WiFi mesh. Could you please tell us what are the steps that you tried on attempting to connect it? 

Also, since this involves all your Google Home Minis, let's try to completely reset each of the Google Home Mini and attempt to set it up. Make sure that all these devices are within range from the router to get a better connection.
