A screen issue with my Google Nest Hub

I have an issue with my Google Nest Hub screen. I was cleaning my desk and I was moving my device and it started having to introduce screen problems. Some black streaks are appearing and the letter font is blurry. According to the image below:

I was resetting my device to factory settings and it remains the same issue. What can it be?
