Nest mini alarm

I have a nest mini in my bedroom and at some point was messing about with routines alarms etc. Now the nest alarm goes off at 7am on random days when ive not set it to. Ive tried searching for routines and asked it to cancel all the alarms but it still happens and i can't find anywhere that there's actually a routine set on the app.  She says there are no alarms set and when i go on manage routines it says "set up a routine" and there's nothing there... 

Any one have any idea how to stop this?
