Video Calls on Nest hub or other google products

Hi, I have an older relative that suffers from Dementia causing her to have issues operation any electronic devices. I would there like to know if I can video call my relative from say a nest hub (Max) without her having to accept the call first? It is key that she does not have to do anything from her side.
