ACCAUNT GOOGLE COLLEGATO AL SERVIZIO VOCE SMART DELLA TIM SI SCOLLEGA DA SOLO OGNI GIORNO.

Scrivo dall'Italia da circa un mese il mio Accaunt collegato al servizio VOCE SMART della Tim tramite l'App Google home si scollega ogni giorno da solo.

Non riesco a capire il problema.

 

 Chiedo quindi assistenza in merito a questo problema

We're sorry for the trouble this may have caused you — let's see what's going.

 

A few questions: how frequently does the device unlink (daily, weekly, etc.)? When did the issue start? Also, were there any changes or updates on your network or set up before it happened? 

 

Give rebooting your Google Nest Hub and router a try to refresh the connection. If the issue persists, try resetting your display.

Ciao il problema è iniziato circa 4 mesi fa, non so se ci sono stati aggiornamenti sul dispositivo ultimamente non ho controllato, ma ho fatto tutte le prove possibili: ho riavviato e ripristinato il dispositivo e il router; Ho Disinstallato l'app GOOGLE HOME poi l'ho reinstallato ma niente tutto uguale.

 Sono in contatto con altra community WE TIM anche altri utenti hanno il mio stesso problema.

non so più cosa fare.

Scusatemi non siete in grado di risolvere il problema vi scrivo tutte le prove che ho fatto non mi date una soluzione e neanche l tempo di rispondere e volete chiudete la discussione siete davvero dei pessimi risolutori.

Lo vedo come sei felce di aiutarmi solo a chiudermi la discussione. La verità è che c'è poca professionalità e competenza e non siete in grado di risolvere nulla.

Un GOOGLE NEST HUB DI 2 GENERAZIONE inviatomi direttamente dalla google in sostituzione di un primo dispositivo che funzionava male dopo un aggiornamento. Questo funziona benissimo solo che non tiene in memoria il collegamento con il numero di telefono.

La versione del firmaware cast è: 1.56.324896

To confirm, does it happen to all calls? How many accounts are linked on the Google Home app? Also, how far are you from your device when making a call using your speaker?

non è questione di vicinanza o di lontananza quando l'accaunt è collegato le chiamate funzionano benissimo. 

 

il problema è che l'accaunt ogni giorno si scollega da solo. 

Ho uno solo accaunt collegato.
