Hello, when I use English as my first language and Dutch as second, assistant will put items in my Bring app shopping list. But only in English, not in Dutch.
When I have Dutch as my first language, it puts it on the Google shopping list.

I am sorry for the late reply, and to hear about the trouble with your device not speaking the language desired. I did find a helpful article with some more information. Please let me know if that helps, or if the issue is still present.

Additional information, adding items to the Bring app is currently only available in English, German, French, Italian and Spanish. We're always looking for ways to improve to add more partners in the future.

It used to work perfectly in Dutch. What has changed? And will it get back soon? I really miss this function.

It did not help, but I understand that the problem lies with the languages now available for the Bring app integration.

Hey Merel,
We hear you — we appreciate users who are keen on sharing with us their thoughts/experience. You can try changing the language on your Google Home and Google Assistant app but it's not guaranteed that it will work properly.

Hello Alex,
The issue remains the same, it used to work in Dutch and it doesn't anymore. If the feature works again in Dutch (adding shopping items to Bring!), please let me know.

While this may have worked before, Dutch language isn't officially supported ― our team is continuously working on adding more languages in adding shopping list to Bring and we'll take this as feedback. You can send your feedback on your Google Home app or on your device. Should you still need our help please let me know, otherwise I'll be locking this thread after 24 hours.
