Adjust Volume routines not working on Nest Mini or Hub devices

I have been unable to adjust volumes of for individual speakers through routines... I have defined custom routines to adjust volume at Bedtime and Wake time of individual Nest Minis and Nest Hub using custom actions like:

"Set volume on living room speaker to 15%"
"Set volume on Bedroom speaker to 10%"
"Set volume on Study speaker to 25%"
"Set volume on Hub to 25%"...

This custom actions have been working for years and then suddenly they stopped.

When I execute the command from Google Assistant on my phone like "Set volume on Study speaker to 25%".. my phone's MEDIA volume gets reset to 25% (I have a Samsung S20 Ultra).

Is Google going to fix this????

As of today (11-FEB-2022), the routines have started working again. Did Google fix the issue? Are there any details of what fixes has been done on the Routines...

Same hell we're all going through.

We need response from Google on this.. are they going to fix it or not??? Or should we move on to a different product?
