Alarm can not be set ! ( Harman Kardon Citation OASIS DAB )

All the commands I tested, the HK Citation OASIS DAB executes and does what it is supposed to do. He tells me the time, he tells me the age of "Bill Clinton" and he also streams a radio station via TuneIn if I order it.
However, if I want to set the alarm, then that is not possible "at the moment" and I may try again in a few seconds. If I try it again after a few seconds, I get this friendly rejection again. It does not work, no matter how often or friendly or in which language I give this command.
This already worked, but I had the device in another apartment with a different WLAN.
Today I have the HK Citation OASIS DAB in the WLAN of a Devolo DLAN1200 WiFi - adapter.

The HK service and Devolo service are at a loss, have no more tips. I have meanwhile a large number of attempts and a lot of time in the problem search put. I played around with all parameters and then also tried the adapters directly after a RESET. With the Devolo dLAN adapters, setting the alarm does not work.
Funny is, if I connect the HK Citation OASIS DAB to the WLAN of the FritzBox router directly, then the alarm clock can be set.

Does anyone of you have the HK Citation One DAB in use and had similar problems?
