All Google Home lights are now offline after a wifi modem reboot

My Bell wifi modem rebooted (as it periodically does). Once back on I noticed that all my Google Home speakers were working fine but all of my Google Home lights are now "offline". I tried rebooting the modem but this did not resolve the issue.

Thanks for posting — let's get this sorted out. A few questions: what’s the make/model of your light bulbs? Are they working fine on its native app? What’s the response you are getting whenever you give a voice command to control the lights?
