All Home devices not playing linked music service (Pandora)

I have a Google Nest wifi with one access point.  Pandora is my default music service and it works fine.

I also have 2 Google Home Minis added to the same Home/network, but when I ask them to play music they are unable to access the linked Pandora account.  When I ask it about Pandora it just says "To change your default music service, or link an account, etc"
