All devices don't work

I have 3 Google homes and two screens one that's big and ones that's small.

 

 

All of my devices no longer work.  It started yesterday.

 

Internet works fine at my house but no more devices.   I have the newest Google wifi hub.

 

Please help.   Can't use devices

Thanks for posting in the community.
I’m sorry for the inconvenience that you are experiencing with your entire Google Nest Home ecosystem. I understand that your 3 Google Home speakers and the 2 Nest hubs are not connected to or working with your WiFi network. No worries, I’m happy to help you find a solution to this.

In order to give the correct steps here I send you a few questions:

  • What is the exact model of your devices?
  • When did the issue begin?
  • Do you see any error messages on your devices?
  • Have you noticed any internet outages?
  • Is there any other device having the same problem?

In the meantime, here are some troubleshooting steps that can help you:

  1. Reboot the WiFi router:
    1. Unplug the wifi router from the power source for 2 minutes.
    2. Ensure that the router’s lights turn off completely when unplugged.
    3. After 2 minutes, plug the router back into its power source.
  2. Reboot the devices:
    1. Unplug the power cord from the speaker or display.
    2. Leave it unplugged for one minute.
    3. Plug the power cord back in.

 

If still not working, you can try to factory reset one of your devices and set it up again on your account.
