Amazon Music issues

Hi, I have an Amazon Prime subscription, and for a few days now, when I use voice commands to play music from Amazon Music, the assistant always responds that it encountered a problem and doesn't play anything. Only when I try to cast manually from my Android smartphone the audio plays normally. Can you help me?

Stesso problema. Spero si risolva presto. Stavo usando la funzione anteprima di Google home e pensavo fosse un problema della versione beta, ma anche tornando alla versione normale, il problema non si è risolto. Invece con youtube music funziona

I'm asking everyone, what's your subscription? I have Prime and Amazon support told me it could be because I don't have Unlimited subscription, but that seems strange to me because it was working until 3-4 days ago and then why am I able to mirror regularly?

Bonjour, même problème pour moi, impossible de lancer amazon music sur Google nest, ça marchait bien avant pourtant...cela indique : une erreur s' est produite réessayer quand vous pouvez....

Same issue with an Amazon Prime account. Worked fine until a few days ago and now "sorry something went wrong" after confirming it was about to play what I requested. I thought it was because I cancelled a free trial of the prime membership, but that didn't make sense to me as I still have a few days left on it. Looks like that was just a coincidence, but I'm now very hesitant to pay for Prime if I can't get streaming music on my Google Home Mini which I use all the time. 

P.S. Things play just fine when I ask it to play on Spotify instead, so it's obviously related specifically to Amazon Music. I tried rebooting the Home Mini, unlinking and relinking the Amazon account with no change.

I have tested from a Chromecast and the problem is the same, only for Amazon Music. YT Music and Spotify works well everywhere. I have opened a ticket to Google, because Amazon support said me that is a problem from them.

I hope that solve quickly...

Pour amazon le problème venait d' eux et pour Google le problème venait d'amazon. Alors je suis bien avancé maintenant 🤔

J'ai une question concernant amazon music sur Google nest 2. A la fin de chaque chanson , le son baisse. Ça dure env 5 seconde. C est pénible. Comment enlever cela? Merci

I have the same thing on Google Home Mini (don't think it's device related, but rather an Amazon Music "feature"). It's quite annoying and I haven't found a way to change it, so I just learned to live with it.

Problème présent depuis des mois, chez tout le monde je crois... Je n'ai jamais trouvé de solution, au prix de l'abonnement c'est assez honteux

I update the thread it seems that it has not fully recovered yet, some commands are not recognized, when I try to ask for a single song to be repeated for example

Those kinds of commands have never worked for me with Amason Music, like asking it to play the previous song. Not sure if I've ever asked it to repeat the current song, but I wouldn't have expected it to work.

For me worked, saying "activate repetition" (in my italian language...) but only for some track. Not worked for playlist for example.
