Once our Pixel phones were updated to Android 15, our nest hubs no longer work.  Tried factory reset, then the nest wouldn't connect to wifi,

I'm having a similar issue.  None of my Google home devices can answer knowledge questions, but they can affect devices in the house and play music or radio.  When I ask for information, they react with lights as normal, but just flash the lights for a few minutes before failing silently.

My home devices are working again today.  I'm not sure what changed.

Hey

Mine started answering again early hours this morning as well...think Google must have fixed the 'glitch'. !!

Okay, spoke too soon. Worked for a few hours and now it's back to not answering questions. I'm getting really frustrated by this. Absolutely ridiculous. I know it's not a fault on my end. It's definitely something to do with Google

Yep... Mine isn't working again too.

Exactly same here. Phone was updated ..now the Google's hub and mini will not respond to a question but will play music. Obviously some thing has gone wrong. They better sort this promptly.

Hi Ed1106,

Thanks for reaching out. I understand that your Nest Hub cannot connect to the Wi-Fi after making the factory reset, I'm happy to assist you!

Before we proceed, I need to ask a few questions to better understand the situation.

  1. Have you configured your Wi-Fi network to be hidden?
  2. Can you see your Nest Hub on the Nest app and it says offline? If yes, tap on your Nest Hub in the Nest App > settings > remove it. Then, try to add it again.

I'm awaiting your response.

Regards,

Manuel

Hi

They now appear to be working!! Obviously Google have fixed the glitch. Oh for your response..I did everything on your list.

Google should just acknowledge that there was a problem as it didn't just affect myself, as you can see from the forum. Anyway, thank you for reaching out. Let's hope that everything stays okay.

Just put a reply on the thread. It's not working again. Also, it does connect to Wi-Fi. It just doesn't acknowledge any answers. I've said all the usual reset the router...reset the hub and the mini. Done all.tje usual steps you're supposed to do so please don't reply with those suggestions. This is definitely a fault on Google end

Ok...spoke too soon..back to not working again. Also please note, I did not say it wouldn't connect to Wi-Fi. I said it does connect to Wi-Fi and it does hear me as the lights flicker on and off. It just doesn't answer
