I just got a Lenovo smart clock 2. I tried giving the command to play music linked through my Apple Music. It responds with “playing {whatever song}” and then “sorry, something went wrong. When you’re ready give it another try.”
I have tried unlinking my account and resetting it but to no avail.

same problem and no answer.. it seems to be uncompatible

I actually figured this one out, you have to go into your Bluetooth settings and connect to the clock and then you open the Apple Music app and start playing music. That’s what worked for me at least.

it works when I use the clock as a bluetooth speaker as instructed in your message. however if I ask Hey Google to play music from Apple music it tells me there is an error and to come back later. impossible to request music from Apple Music by voice even if iApple Music is the default music on thé click preference

That’s about as much knowledge as I have, maybe one day I’ll tinker with it and see if there’s a way to get it to work but for now that’s what I use as a quick fix to listen to music
