Apple music usage

I am trying to play Apple music through my Google Home speaker, both the Google Home app and the Apple music account say that they are linked however when I ask to play music the Google Home speaker tells me I still need to link my account.

Thanks for your post. That sounds very frustrating to not be able to play your Apple Music on your Google Home speaker when your account is already linked. I would be more than happy to help find a solution to this issue. First, I have some questions to get a better understanding of this issue.

• Which Google Home device is this post in regard to? (model name, generation number)
• Have you tried to reboot and Factory Data Reset your device? Does this issue still occur after that? 

  A factory reset will reset your Google Nest or Home speaker or display to its default factory settings. Note: This action will clear your data from the device and can't be undone.
